چکیده
Digital data on the distribution of species are crucial for vegetation studies, monitoring and nature protection. Despite existence databases, majority bryophyte lichen occurrences in Czech Republic not widely available a standard machinereadable form. Therefore, we created Database Lichens Bryophytes (DaLiBor; dalibor.ibot.cas.cz) under Creative Commons license (CC-BY-SA). DaLiBor provides an infrastructure recording standardizing, validating enhancing data, e.g. neural network record classification. The database is also tool sharing analyzing records. Here, descriptive analysis 596,935 records, composed 473,690 (79.4%) bryophytes 123,245 (20.6%) lichens, presented. There records whole Republic, but there no large areas. spatial lichens were evaluated, which confirmed importance protected areas biodiversity. more epiphytic epixylic at high altitudes than saxicolous terricolous species, mainly recorded low altitudes. Fagus sylvatica was tree with highest number taxa both lichens. including red-listed originates from natural beech managed coniferous forests. Three cases that benefited standardized presented: (i) model helped find six new localities Dicranum majus Polytrichastrum alpinum within single field visit; (ii) Analysis abundances time revealed percentage acidophilous spread nitrophilous current communities; (iii) main source online interactive Atlas (dalib.cz).

The female of this species was discovered recently based on a DNA barcode match and is described. In addition, a new species with marked differences in morphology and DNA barcodes from southern California an...
